The food is good but not outstanding..the eating area and decor reminds me of an 80' cafeteria... The menu is very limited... Free drink refills are the reason I gave it three stars..... The cookies are horrible

First time here. Lots of people there at lunch time, we were waiting in line for like 15 min at least. I got a Joey Bag of Donuts. The name cracks me up. It is just a large burrito which you can fill with whatever you want with a long list of 'free' items. I got it with pork. They also have tofu as well. It's a vegan friendly place. Got the approval of my super strict vegan coworker. They also give you unlimited chips, which you can ask for more. I really think Moes, Lime and Zona Fresca have the same parent company. Their taste are very similar if not identical, down to the chips, and salsa, with a slight difference in variety, which, imo, AVG at best for all of them. Their $5 any burrito Mondays (limited time?) would be the only thing that drives me to go back.

Fast service. Consistent. Crazy small parking lot but an easy choice for lunch when I am in the area.

Welcome to moes!!! They always greet you and are friendly and fast. I have had no problems here and I've been coming here for almost 2 years.

This was my first "Moe's" experience, so I had no idea of what to expect. The Superb: The choices of toppings for your food. Impressive! The Average: The meats were all pretty average, and none of them were incredibly appetizing. The workers on the line were efficient, but you could tell they hated their jobs. The salsa bar was a nice touch, too. The Horrid: Nada It worked for lunch today, but if I had a choice between this place and a Qdoba or Chipotle, it would lose every time.

Moe's Monday is always a great way to keep that weekend fat kid streak alive during the week. Burrito, Chips, and a drink for $6!

Never go here when it's about an hour to Close. Food is old but the staff is very nice.

This is my second trip to Moe's. Last time was in Boca Raton. I like to wait a couple of visits before I make a decision on if I like a place. Unless, the food is just straight up not good (see Rock-n-Roll Ribs). Moe's is a good concept. I guess it's what we are currently calling fast-casual. It's an upscale Taco Bell, people. I don't mean that in a bad way. The food is fresh (kind of) and good. I ordered Tacos the first time and a Burrito this time. Both orders come with a complimentary side of house cooked tortilla chips, and they have a salsa bar for you to take what you want. There are five sauces and all are fresh and good. I like to mix the corn salsa and the tomatillo salsa, but that's me. The tacos were very good. Nice soft flour tortillas (they do have hard shells) and I got one chicken and one steak. The Burrito was also a large soft flour tortilla filled to capacity with Rice, Beans, Meat (I had pork), Pico De Gallo, Cheese and I asked for chopped Cilantro. My Burrito is named the "Joey Bag of Donuts". Some of the items have strange names connected to movies or sitcoms. There are nods to "Seinfeld" with the Art Vandalay Burrito and John Coctoston Quesadilla. "Caddyshack" also gets a nod with the Billy Barou Nachos. As I said, the food is good. I just question whether it's really a better value than Taco Bell. I paid $7.00 for my Burrito and Chips. I could get two 1/2 pound burritos and chips at TB for less than 5 bucks and have more food. The quality isn't that much better. It's just good Americanized Mexican food. The ambiance is not that much better. It's still ordering at the counter and sitting in a tight dining area. The colors are less bright than at TB, but not really an intimate or upscale look. Maybe if you're snobby enough that you wouldn't be caught dead at TB you would always prefer Moe's. I'll go back. Again, good food and the chips and salsa bar is nice. I'll probably run for the border 10 times for every time I go to Moe's though. Why pay significantly more for very similar food?

Great burrito. Prices went up with the new menu look. $10.00 for a pork burrito and drink is getting kind of steep. I eat at Moe's all over and I eat here 1 to 2x's a month the dining room always looks disheveled. If the prices go any higher this place will have lost it's value.

Moe Monday... any burrito, chips & salsa... $5 - You can't beat that with a stick!

If you like burritos then this is burrito HEAVEN... From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted with the familiar "Welcome To Moes!" til the burrito is gone (if ya can manage to eat the whole thing) the place is friendly, the food is good, and the cops seem to really like burritos! LOL... My only complaint is that it's often messy, but with how busy they always seem to be, I can understand.

Consistent cleanliness issues around the salsa bar, soda dispenser, and dining tables. They just don't seem to keep after it. The parking at this location is a royal pain in the ass. Too often, I catch the staff putting their gloves somewhere that should be forcing them to change to a fresh pair, except they don't. Examples: adjusting hair or clothes, scratching cheek or eyes. I tried to forgive it but in the end, I got grossed out and there is honestly too much TexMex cuisine competition now that Yelp has opened my eyes to the myriad options.

" Welcome to Moe's" on Commercial blvd. Adequate free parking, location is seems clean, & decor of look a like music artist prints ? Music good blend of rock, alternative, always seems to be a line , but it always moves quickly, Staff is always efficient, I really like their steak quesadilla, pinto beans , rice , good chips , tasty salsa bar & they have some of the best guacamole. Better than a lot of restaurants. Value rating High Rating 9 of 10

Here at least 2 to 4 times a month.. so far good service and good food.. only gave it 4 stars because I always was able to get sour cream on the side and all of sudden they want to charge me for each, usually the new people... but really.. I can put it in my quesadilla and not get charged but on the side cost more... not a huge deal but I care lol

Let's just say I'm a lifetime fan club member. And if I had to choose between Moe's and Chipotle, I'd choose Moe's every time. This will probably make me the king of unpopular opinions. But, when one of the most exciting parts of my Mondays are getting a text from Moe's reminding me of their "Moe Monday" special, I can't deny my feelings about Moe's. (any burrito with chips for $5.99) The Homewrecker INCLUDES GUAC. Yea, none of that $2 extra B.S. like Chipotle. It also includes as many chips as you want! In my opinion their burritos are better than Chipotle. They're also cheaper. And.... their queso dip is one of the best things ever invented. If you need a quick cheap meal in the area, stop by! A side note: When they re-opened recently, they had an event where you could come in and order whatever you wanted for whatever price you want! Yes... for a penny! (If you're a cheap-o!) They only suggested that you donate to a local charity who was the beneficiary of the event. All of the proceeds went to this charity... Never seen a Chipotle do that!

We always enjoy our burrito bowls here. Some of the servers have very light hands with the toppings & you have to tell them more, more. But other servers have nice heavy hands with the toppings.

I've been to this Moe's 2 or 3 times and I have to say it is dirty. I remember flies buzzing around one of the times I was there. The employees were nice and give you the typical "Welcome to Moe's!" greeting when you walk in, but unfortunately their food was a bit disappointing. Partially just the quality of Moe's in general, and I think partially this location. Just didn't seem as fresh as other Moe's that I've been to. It's nice that they've had tofu on the menu for a long time and I appreciate their cool selections, but I think I've moved on from Moe's. Great for high school/college aged kids who want quick and decent Mexican.

This Moe's is very close to my apartment so I have been here quite a few times. For a while my boyfriend and I were very fond of their Moe Monday burrito deal (any burrito for $5.99). Unfortunately our waist lines were unforgiving so we had to quit going. Their food is decent and the staff is nice. It's no Chipotle though!

This place reminds me of illegal Pete's in Boulder Colorado. The staff are pleasant in the service is quick and smooth. They might not have the cilantro rice like Chipotle but the burritos are bigger and the meats are tender. I have not been to any Moes yet that has been unsatisfying but I was sad that they did not have the large glass bottles of Pellegrino water.

Honestly, I almost went with two stars. If you had asked me a year or two ago what I thought of Moe's I would have given it four stars. I always liked the tacos quite a bit, the service was always good. This particular Moe's is relatively close to where I work, but I don't go that often just because I think Moe's is really too much food for me to be eating when I have to go back to work and not home to take a nap; however, the other day I was a little late getting to lunch, so I was starving. I ordered the veggie taco stack. I have always been a fan of the taco stacks..it is essentially Moe's answer to the crunchwrap supreme (the best item at taco bell). I give them extra points for offering a wheat tortilla.. I can tell myself it's healthy. Now for the sad part. The taco stack was just not as good as I remember. It tasted bland. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it just wasn't the Moe's I remember loving in the past. I noticed there seemed to be a few more salsa options than the last time I had been in, so I tried three or four different salsas and felt that same was..the flavor just doesn't seem the same. I'm not sure if I am remembering Moe's in some ideal light, maybe it was never that good, but I'm not really in a rush to go back again. I will admit their queso is still delicious..but if I have to cover everything is queso, it's probably not worth it.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
